CONDITIONS

INITIAL PAYMENT
An initial payment of €100 must be paid to confirm booking.

OUTSTANDING BALANCE
The balance outstanding will be paid 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

LINEN
All houses are supplied with bed linen and towels. Linen/bedding are not supplied for the cot.

CHILD’S COT/HIGH CHAIR
A child’s cot/high chair can be provided if requested.

CHANGEOVER DAY
Bookings are made Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed. Arrival times 5.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.  Departure final day - before 10.00a.m.


DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES
The holidaymaker is responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition on completion of the holiday. They are also liable for any breakages or damages at the property which occur during the period of their occupancy. Breakages to be notified immediately. A deposit of €100 is to be made to the supervisor on arrival to cover breakages. It will be returned by post within one week of departure when a full check of the property has taken place, breakages and damages declared or discovered must be paid for before departure.
